For example, a bonus with 30x wagering requirements means you must place wagers totaling thirty (30) times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. 5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

5.1. Deposit Methods and Limits

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

All Players must engage in fair and honest gameplay at all times. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, JL165 AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "JL165 PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

JL165 DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the jl165 Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights; or (iv) any claim that your conduct has caused damage to a third party. This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

10.2. Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiations with jl165's customer support team and, if necessary, through PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as required under Philippine gaming regulations.

11. Severability and Entire Agreement

11.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

11.2. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any Promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jl165 concerning your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Service.
